2003年にオープンしたRuby RoomはかつてはSugar Highという名で知られ、当時はTricky, Basement Jaxx,Hernan Cattaneo, Massive Attack, Aphex TwinのRichard D.Jamesなどといった有名DJやロックスター達がよく見かけられていました。RubyRoomとして生まれ変わった今は更に充実したサウンドシステムを設け、DJイベントやバンドのパフォーマンスを行っています。25,000枚もの小さな鏡のかけらで飾られたバーカウンターでは多数のカクテル、ワインやビールを揃え、ソファエリアもあり、小さいながらも充実したひと時を過ごせる空間となっています。
